The Trust has made considerable growth with the help and support of well wishers and volunteers. There are presently over 25 volunteers engaged in various activities to support us round the year. Efforts are on to involve more people with this initiative.

OUR ONGOING REQUIREMENTS

• We need volunteers/ teachers to teach two hours daily for five days a week, mainly English, Hindi, Mathematics and General Knowledge across all our centers running in Greater Noida.
• We need sponsors for financing education of Apna School children from Class I-XII. (Formal education in mainstream schools, ranging from Rs. 15,000-30,000 depending upon the school)
• We need material support to run the Apna School centers in terms of:
  • a. Winter uniform: woollen trousers, skirts, shirts, socks, shoes, cap, pullovers
  • b. Summer uniform: cotton trousers, skirts, shirts, socks, shoes
  • c. Stationery: pencil, eraser, pen, scale, geometry box, copies, books, school bags
  • d. Daily snacks: biscuits, wafers, fruits.
  • e. General requirement: slippers and general clothes.

MONETARY DONATIONS

You can support a child’s education for a month for Rs. 500. This includes the teacher’s salary, stationery, uniform, a daily healthy snack and transportation charges.

You can provide for the child’s summer and winter uniform for a year for Rs. 1,050.

You can provide a meal for the children for Rs. 50/child.

You can provide for snacks for all the 600 students for a day for Rs. 3,000.
